Your ads are only as good as the data feeding them. We fix the data.
Google and Meta optimize on the conversions they can see. On a typical EU store, 20–40% never arrive, lost to consent banners, ad blockers and broken tags. You pay for that gap every day. We close it.
You don't have a marketing problem.
You have a data problem.
SELF-DIAGNOSIS · 4 READINGS
Meta says 84 purchases. GA4 says 51. Shopify says 96.
Three tools, three truths, and no way to scale spend with confidence. Behind it: missing dedup, different attribution windows, events firing twice or not at all. All findable, all fixable.
ROAS dropped right after we added the cookie banner.
A misconfigured consent setup silently throws away EU conversions. Your traffic didn't drop — your visibility did. Consent Mode v2 done right recovers most of that signal, legally.
Performance Max works in mysterious ways.
PMax optimizes on whatever conversion data you feed it, including duplicates, test orders and junk events. Clean the input and the algorithm starts working for you.
Tracking broke after the redesign. Nobody noticed for weeks.
Tags wired to CSS classes die with every theme update. We build on dataLayer contracts and server-side events that survive redesigns, and monitor them, so a break is caught in hours.
Every symptom above has a mechanical cause. We find it in days, then show you the evidence before you spend anything on fixes.
Every event. Every platform. Verified.
PIPELINE · END TO ENDWe route web, CRM and offline conversions through a first-party server-side layer and verify delivery end to end. The result: Google and Meta optimize on complete, deduplicated, consent-clean data. Their algorithms get measurably better at finding your buyers.

Before you write to us
QUESTIONS YOU'D ASK ANYWAYWill you break our current tracking while fixing it?
No. Everything is built in parallel to your live setup and verified in GA4 DebugView, Tag Assistant and Events Manager before anything is switched over. Your reporting never goes dark; the old setup keeps running until the new one is proven.
How fast do we see results?
Deduplication and consent fixes show up in platform dashboards within days; you'll see conversion counts move. Algorithm improvements compound over 2–4 weeks as Google and Meta re-learn on the corrected data.
Do we need to involve our developers?
Usually 0–2 hours of their time in total. Most of the work happens in GTM, checkout settings and webhooks. The typical developer asks: add one DNS record for the tracking subdomain, review a dataLayer snippet. We write exact, copy-pasteable instructions for both.
What access do you need?
Analyst or editor-level access to GA4, GTM and your ad platforms; we send an exact checklist with the minimum roles required. Never billing or admin access. Everything we change is documented, so any competent specialist can audit or reverse it.
Is server-side tracking legal under GDPR?
Yes, when consent is respected. Server-side tagging changes where data is processed (your own subdomain, your own EU server), not whether you're allowed to collect it. We wire Consent Mode v2 signals through the whole chain, so opted-out users stay opted out, provably.
What if the audit finds nothing wrong?
Then you get a written report proving your setup is solid, with the evidence to show your team, agency or investors. That has literally never happened in 115+ projects, but the offer stands.
"Most agencies sell you dashboards. We make sure the numbers inside them are true. Everything else is decoration."
